Our management team consists of staff with over twenty years of experience. We guarantee 100% satisfaction. All employees are I-CAR certified, and many employees hold an I-CAR Platinum Individual certification. In addition, all personnel participate in ongoing training and attend I-CAR seminars to stay current with the constantly changing auto industry. Our customer service representatives eagerly offer our clients assistance in every way possible.
Hiten
Hiten is the owner and General Manager of Quality Assured Collision Center. Prior to purchasing his own shop, Hiten managed a medium sized shop for over seven years. Hiten’s sole purpose in life is to make his customers happy (therefore you may even see him come to pick you up or deliver your car to your house or work location!!). To accomplish this goal, Hiten has successfully implemented numerous customer service and quality management initiatives since purchasing the shop in 2007.
Hiten earned his B.A. in Business Administration from California State University at Fullerton (Go Titans!!), and currently resides in Brea. In his free time Hiten enjoys spending time with his four loves, a beautiful 1969 Jaguar Coupe, a red-hot 1992 Acura NSX, and a girl from South America and a greed eyed angel named Anjali. Hiten enjoys libations of the brewed kind, but he prefers distilled libations of the Scottish kind.
